smart view

Has any one any ideas how to get smart view to work.

It fires up and then crashes.

I am at my wits end.

What devices are you trying to use Smart View with?

A samsung telly thats all.

The telly sees the pc.

The program just wont open.

Can you confirm the full model code of your TV? 

Can you also let us know what operating system the your PC is using?
