Smart view on s10 not working with tv

I'm trying to use smart view to look at my phone on the TV. My TV will ask for permission, but my phone stays on loading.

Same problem here with Galaxy 10+ and Samsung UE48JU7580 (version 1538, up to date)

I can enter the PIN code and then... nothing it stops after a few seconds
