Smart view not working properly

Ok..

So I have Samsung 43 inch UHD TV.

My phone will connect and display on my TV and my son's Samsung 55 inch Oled TV.

My friend has SAME 43 inch TV as me but now, will NOT allow smart view from either of our Samsung phones. 

If you go into source; connection guide, smartphone, screen sharing (smart view), it will find TV and connect no problem. 

As soon as you disconnect, it can't 'see' the TV.

I've tried factory resetting both TV and router, leaving them unplugged for 10 mins 1st, resetting the network, restarting phones/TV but it's as though the TV is hidden otherwise. 

Been like this since a TV software update. 

Any ideas??
