Having installed a new QN900B yesterday (replacing a Q950) I'm finding that if I disable the option to automatically present the Smart Hub when powering on, the remote stops controlling the TV entirely. The only way I've been able to get the remote working again, is to briefly plug it into a USB-C power supply (it's already fully charged and the TV confirms this, so not a charging issue).
Is there some way to fully reset the universal remote? Fwiw, I've tried re-pairing the remote to the TV and will see if that improves anything. I don't see that there's any battery to remove, so presume that is not an option.
