TVHi,im having trouble connecting my smart tv to the internet.have tried reconncting,but it says,not recognising internet,.Any help would be good,because tried ringing samsung,no anser,and cant chat to them,because it says connection not safe.

TVno,havent got one,but we can connect on internet on sky channels,but not connecting through smart hub

TVYeah I'm still here, @tam7! As you've mentioned it, can you try resetting the Smart Hub? To do this go to Menu > Smart Hub > Reset Smart Hub. At this point you will be prompted to enter a PIN. If you have not set one up this will be 0000.

TVSounds like a silly question but is the date and time correct? I know that this can sometimes cause issues with apps or online settings, @tam7
