Hi,im having trouble connecting my smart tv to the internet.have tried reconncting,but it says,not recognising internet,.Any help would be good,because tried ringing samsung,no anser,and cant chat to them,because it says connection not safe.

Hi,i tried ringing them,last tuesday,with a call back to me,which they didnt call me,and again today,at 15,30 hrs,again ,no call back.
