Hi,im having trouble connecting my smart tv to the internet.have tried reconncting,but it says,not recognising internet,.Any help would be good,because tried ringing samsung,no anser,and cant chat to them,because it says connection not safe.
Yeah I'm still here, @tam7! As you've mentioned it, can you try resetting the Smart Hub? To do this go to Menu > Smart Hub > Reset Smart Hub. At this point you will be prompted to enter a PIN. If you have not set one up this will be 0000.
