Brand new Smart TV and I've spent more time trying to keep it connected to the web than I have watching it.... These things are total junk
Unplug this, reset that, run a scan, wait awhile.... It's not the internet connection or the apps themselves because everything else on every other device in the house works fine
My parents were asking about getting a new TV and I told them we'd go look... But I do know for certain what I will tell them NOT to buy
Samsung, maybe the TV market just isn't your game

Same here mine drops off WiFi and fails to find any WiFi networks regularly.
Only unplugging from power fixes it.
