Hello i have samsung ue50ru7472u smart tv. Recently i got a notification that there is a 1356 update available on my tv. I just wanted to ask is there any bugs on that version and what are fixes?
Well got Netflix in dolby atmos on tv through my q90r sound bar I never had before and also netflix now is showing the atmos logo when I search for atmos content
Hamzaaa, did that cracking sound start on your TV after that update? I purchased mine back on Dec, 2019 and I have already had some months with that sound, too. I understand a Firmware update should only affect software and not its hardware.
Yes, it just started after the update because my AV Receiver don't support eARC and the Audio changed due to the update from PCM to forced Dolby Digital+ (in some internal Apps like Netflix and Disney+). Normal TV channels work well.
