i have just started to get messages appear on my screen saying their is a problem with the one connect fan and the tv will shut down, which it does occasionally, but i have checked and it is running and there is no dust etc around the fan.
issue is i am told they dont make spares for this

Are you still having this issue? Could we take the full model code and software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.

Yes this did resolve my issue, but I now have another where the volume icon and accessibility menu keeps popping up and disappearing 😡
