Smart tv freezing after I open the pen drive

Hy

I have  a problem of my samsung smart tv.

When I plug on the usb and try to select/open something from the pen drive, the smart tv collapse and restart itself.

My tv type:UE46H6203AWXXH (It's not a new tv)

The software is the latest. And I tryed to  reinstall the smart hub. No progress.....

let's have a look into this together. Have you been able to use this on your TV before? Do you have any external devices connected to the Tv and what kind of USB are you using?

I have two Star Wars themed pen drive. An r2-d2 and a bb8. Both worked well. The starnge thing is that 2 days ago this happened only one of them. And the other one worked well. I thought the pen drive is broken. But the next day this happened with the other one too. I tried to reconfigurate the pen drive (exFat,ntfs) but no progress. Today I tryed my LG external storage. It works, but maybe one or two day later the situation will be the same with that. I will write an update a few days later.
