I have a Samsung Frame TV (UE55LS003A) which recognises my NAS (WD My Book Live) but when accessing my Movies folder shows the contents as they were some months ago and not as they are currently.
Refreshing folder has no effect, and multiple reboots of both devices in different orders also hasn't worked.
NAS is read perfectly by all other devices in my home, so I'm looking for a better solution than the one offered by Samsung support - to reformat the NAS!
Any advice appreciated

No, still trying all sorts of things but nothing gets rid of the old folders showing on the tv.

Hi, I have a recently purchased UE55NU7100. I, too, have the issue of the TV not showing all the contents of a NAS folder.
Will Samsung help or, as I have already experienced, will they ignore their customers?

I too am having the same issue with little response from Samsung!
I tried removing the power cable from the TV and leaving it out for around a minute and this did nothing. Any response from our friends @ Samsung would be great!

try renaming a parent folder, it should refresh its index.
