Hello,

I have a Samsung Smart TV Model: QE55Q70RAT and Type No: QE55Q70RA.

For a couple of months I keep receiving the following notification

"Smart Security

A malicious process has been blocked. [Process: libplusplayer_tvplus.so]"

This notification pops up every 1 or 2 minutes and it is very annoying.

Is this a virus in my smart TV?

I have tried and checked everywhere but I cannot get rid of these endless notifications.

PLEASE HELP!

This does sound like something's not quite right with your TV. We would suggest contacting one of our Audio/Visual specialists who would be able to run through some extensive troubleshooting with you, and if necessary, arrange for an engineer's inspection of the TV. The number provided doesn't work in Europe, could you please provide the contact number for support in Europe/Switzerland?
