Hi good evening,
I just bought a new samsung smart tv.
The manuel said that the remote would connect automatically. If this didn't happen you can try and push the buttons (back) and (play/pause) for at least 3 seconds or more to make beenthe connection. I've been trying this all evening. Because it won't connect i can't finish the setup.
Now have already tested the buttons under the tv tnd this works. So what am i doing wrong??
Is there another way? Maybe reset the whole tv?
