Smart remote voice control not working properly

My brand new TV  UE 55NU8005XXC has a problem with certain voice commands, such as Channel 1, channel XX, it responds" Sorry I can't set that mode...😭

But it responds to Channel upp, channel down etc,.

Updated to most recent software.

Well, party...Samsung Tech support said its because I am getting my TV through a set top box and that is not reacting to voice commands. But I use now Anazon Alexa through Harmony hub to change the channels and that works for me.

The voice control will only change the channel with the channel number not the name. Has anyone else had this problem?
