TV 2016 UE40H7000ST
Overnight voice control stopped working. [CHANNEL 105 or BBC iPlayer etc etc]
Whatever you ask it with the usual 'correct' commands it now responds ONLY with search results highlighted at bottom of screen. [small thumbnails with numbers on and text below relating to command]
I have reset everything last night.
Full reset on TV and remote [it does not have a LED to flash/see on remote]
TV is up to date. All settings adjusted.
The 'OVAL' smart remote batteries changed and a re pair attempted as instructions. [Do not think it even unpaired.]
Samsung support would only help further after a full reset. However as it was the weekend during lockdown did not want to lose TV. However this has been done now without any change or result.
