Hi have two TVs in the same room. Well actually one I use as TV (Q9FN55) and then I have a 2020 the frame 32 since today as digital picture frame. My problem: the smart remotes both control both TVs. How can I force them to control one tv each only?

Hi @Karl Gygax, I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing. Have you tried resetting the remote control from one of the TVs? Information on how you can do this can be found here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/tv-audio-video/my-tv-remote-isnt-working/ Hope this helps!

Hi AsadM,

yes I did. Resetting only helped solving part of the issue. Still both TVs get turned on and of by either remote. Kind of stupid if you wish to use one exclusively as picture frame...
