We have a Samsung QLed tv model QE55Q6FNA had it for approx 12/15 months as our main tv
recently purchased a UE43TU7100KXXU for our bedroom, this came with a universal remote that once paired we could control sky and press of a button, Netflix and amazon
as I liked this function, I purchased a genuine Samsung remote supposedly for qled tv of 2018/19
it is not connecting, just get a message saying
not supported, this feature is only available on a Samsung smart remote , please try again with a Samsung smart remote
any advice or ideas appreciated
