PLEASE HOW CAN I ACTIVATE THE SMART HUB ON MY SAMSUNG 55" SMART 3D LED-TV ES6305

Hey @Airefose ,

 

I have had a look at this TV manual and you should be able to access Smart Hub from the TV Menu> Support> Smart Hub. Check page 344 on this manual for more information: https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201211/20121110095845360/01-XTDVBEUE-ENG-1109.pdf

Hi @Airefose  Further to @TessM 's post have you previously set up a Samsung Account,  if not you will need to create one. Some more information here https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/tv-audio-video/what-is-smart-hub/   Advisable to check that you have the  latest firmware as there was an update May 2020 to 2010.0  and if you  do not have this it can be downloaded via USB  https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/UE55ES6305UXXE/ 

if after following instructions there are still problems I would suggest a Smart Hub and/or   Factory Reset.
