TVThis seems a common problem but...
My smart hub is updating for a week. I can not access or install any apps that previously worked (hulu, disney, hbomax etc) but netflix and prime do still work. Customer support says all the other apps are no longer supported on my TV (un32m5300) "NO OTHER APPS ARE SUPPORTED" thats a quote, but I have another of the exact same tv with no issue, yet.
All other apps just say Smart Hub is updating and INSTALL button is grayed out. I've tried all resets, unless there is a way to back the unique id for smart hub info.
