Smart Hub sound issues

Hi everyone.  Hope everyone is ok on this crazy world!  I bought a samsung q80 about 2 months ago.  Im trying to use the smart hub.  But having sound issues.  I connect the tv via hdmi to a denon x2500 reveiver.   If I switch to any smart app, i get the proper video.  But i get sound from the last channel on the tv.  I looked  at all settings and im stumped    I also emailed denon for assistance.  Thanks
