Smart hub not working

i've been trying to use my smart hub but it's not working , it stops at step 3 which is term and conditions it takes forever there. One time I even left it over a night and nothing happened. It connects quickly to the internet. But stops everything at step 3.

The model code can be found at the back and the software version from the TV Settings> Support> About this TV/Contact Samsung.
