Hi, I have a Q7FN 2018 model TV and when I try to open an external hdd the TV shows me that it's thinking but just freezes. I used this hdd on this TV for 2 years now without a problem and if I use another TV with the hdd it works perfectly. I tried resetting smart hub and the whole TV but the problem didn't dissapear.
