Hi guys, my TV, model UE49HU6900 keeps displaying an error 301 code when I try to use the smart hub? My software is reported to be all up to date? I've gone through the hub reset process which still doesn't work. The TV shows full internet connection and is hard wired.
Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated please

Let's try a reset on both the TV's. Go to Menu > Support > Self diagnosis > Reset. You'll be asked to enter a 4 digit PIN code which is usually set to 0000, unless it's been changed. Note the reset will lose any changed settings that have been made to the TV and set them back to the default settings.

I have the same 301 issue on a UN50TU690TFXZA - my authenticated Samsung account will not allow me to download apps. The "reset" option under "General" is grayed out and unavailable to me. Please help me with this issue
