Hello,
My was working just fine until last week. Now, when you push the home button, takes a couple of seconds, and the Smart Hub appears and disappears quickly, and can do nothing with it.
I have done the soft reset, then the hard reset of the entire system and the Smart Hub reset and nothing changes. I have checked for network issues and everything seems fine.
The apps won't keep me logged in and I don't have the option of uninstalling, just the reinstall, but it won't work, I get a message saying it can be reinstalled at this time.
I tried accessing from my Smart Things app and I get an error message.
I've tried every solution I can find online and nothing works.
