Smart Hub channels don't work when I have to turn electricity off and back on again

Hello,

Sometimes when I have to turn off the electricity at the mains (to change a lightbulb, for example), then after I turn it back on and turn my Samsung Smart TV on, the smart hub channels like iPlayer and 4OD don't work and I basically have to reset my Smart Hub to fix this. This is not ideal. Is there any way to fix this?

What's the full model code and current software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.
