Every time I start smart hub about 30 seconds later it reboots my TV. Can’t get into Netflix or iPlayer or anything. Tried full reset of TV and still the same, do I need a new TV?

I have the same issue, started today. TV is a few years old. Hopefully Samsung will fix this soon.

Same here, UE55F6650. I noticed it today at 16:00. It definitely worked yesterday evening. Today a reset the smarthub, re-installed the apps (Netflix and Plex) and they both worked well. Turned off the TV, turned it back on now at 20:00 and it doesnt woek again 😕

The same here, the TV restarts automatically some seconds after accessing the Smarthub. If someone has an idea how to solve it please share.

Just read posts above. Seems that only Samsung can fix this by turning back on smart hub servers.
