Every time I start smart hub about 30 seconds later it reboots my TV. Can’t get into Netflix or iPlayer or anything. Tried full reset of TV and still the same, do I need a new TV?

As of 15 minutes ago everything seems to be working normally again. Maybe Samsung resolved the problem?

It is good to know you're not the only one-until I found this thread, I thought my TV had finally given up and packed in, so I was going to have to buy a new one. Thanks to all who posted. Let's hope it working now. Shame Samsung haven't commented yet!

Hi guys,
I've merged the threads on this one. We've been advised from our TV/AV Tech colleagues that the issue should indeed be resolved now from the server side, so the Smart Hub should now work.
