Having the same problem regarding smart hub being updated. When i try to download apps it says smart hub is being updated and wont let me download . I have tried almost everything ive read in the threads. Model: UA65JS9800
and i aso cannot find the update file for this model. Please help

Change DNS to 8.8.8.8–
Go to settings>general>network>network status>IP settings>DNS setting>enter manually>DNS server> type in 8.8.8.8>hit OK
gonback to hub home and select your app. See if it’s ungrayed and you can install it now.
if not, reset by-
Go to settings >support>self diagnosis> reset smart hub.

I did tried everything.... nothing is working...
Cannot delete apps, option is greyed out..
Cant uodate or download apps as it shows 0kb availiable...
When i click on app im getting error as " smart hub is being updated"
Not sure how to solve this... please help me!!!!

Nothing is happening, I have tried everything. Update is useless. Samsung smart tv tizen browser is extremely poor in quality and working. Its app store is nothing but nonsense. I am so disappointed, because they are not even trying to solve the issues. No update is available as yet.
