We have had our SmartTV for a little over a year now, and have been using it without issues until last week. For some reason the SmartHub would only flash onto the screen for a few seconds when pressing the Home button on the remote, and we could not access any apps. After doing a full factory reset, we are able to access the Smart Hub and apps now, but for about a week, every single time we turn the TV on, I have to agree to Term and Conditions all over again before using any apps. We also can no long access Paramount+ without the SmartHub acting up and all other apps are constantly freezing and crashing. How can I fix this for good?

Hi @JJones17 I would advise you check that you have the latest firmware for this TV and if not download to USB and update that way. You have not detailed the model but as you mention Paramount+ I assume this is an American model. Therefore you can find the firmware via Samsung Support here https://www.samsung.com/us/support/ If still issues have you tried soft reset by holding in power button for 5 seconds or unplugging for 30 seconds and Smart Hub Reset as well as the Factory Reset.
Another idea is to Reset your router by unplugging and/or change the DNS Settings, Go to Network-Network Settings-DNS Settings. Change from Automatic to to 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4. (Google servers) Alternative public DNS servers also in this article https://www.techradar.com/uk/news/best-dns-server
However as this is the Uk/Ireland forum in the European communities we would not be able to offer more specialised support for your TV, you may wish to have a look at the US community https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/TVs/ct-p/get-help-tvs#
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.
