Sky q Sonos beam the frame tv lip sync issue

Hi

 

Problem: Lip sync issue
Setup:
Samsung 55” The Frame TV 
Sky q mini box
Sonos Beam 
 
TV to Beam connected via HDMI ARC (HDMI 3 on Samsung one connect box)
Sky to TV connected via HDMI (HDMI 1 on one connect box)
 
All devices have audio delay set to zero. 
Sky HDMI audio set to Dolby Digital 
TV audio set to HDMI receiver (the beam)
 
There appears to be a tendency for lip sync issues to occur when watching sky TV. There appear to be no lip sync issues watching TV apps such as Netflix, Amazon video etc.
 
Any advice to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Same problem for me. Appears to be no solution. Very disappointing.

I have a similar setup. Only difference is that I do not have a one connect box. Have you got your beam set to Pass Through in the sound settings on the TV?

I can get mine in sync with the beam by having it set to Pass Through. Although, I have had a weird thing happen when I watch a UHD film and it bypasses Pass Through and goes to Auto. I then have all sky channels out of sync and have to reset to pass through again. 

With this and the screen stutter issue with sky channels I'm tempted to return it. It doesn't feel like it was ready to be released yet.
