Sky Q Shortcuts

When I access the Samsung Menu and select "Sky", I get a row of Functions and a choice of Channel Shortcuts, shown highlighted in the picture.

How do I change the Channel Shortcuts, they all seem to be different regions of BBC at the moment!!

Hi @Andrew_69   I have most watched  channels displayed as shortcuts , noticed though a few there I have hardly ever viewed if at all.  Can remove if wish but not edit.  You may wish to set up  the Universal Remote again  and when you select Sky ensure it is the right region selected (may well be the case though) .    If that does not work only thing I can suggest really is a Factory Reset if want to go down that route.

I tend to use Home-Tv Guide and Favourites  (set up on the Q Box) anyway.
