struggling getting hold of Samsung support on this.
my silver remote will no longer pair to the tv I’ve tried holding the two required buttons in, tried turning tv off at the wall, batteries out of remote and holding power button in. Nothing works.
anyone had this issue before - is it a remote problem or a tv problem?
black remote works fine and the power button on silver works.
I can see the ir led flashing when I view through phone camera. Also tried 2 sets of new batteries.
