@Kevie6690: Please can you confirm the model number of the TV, located on the sticker on the back of the device? In the meantime please try powering off the TV and unplugging it at the wall for around 30 seconds, then plug it back in and power on with the remote. Depending on your model number you may also wish to head to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test to see if the issue is visible in the sample image, or if any 'Failed' messages show up in the summary at the end. If it does fail the picture test, please reach out to our Help Desk via the link below, where an advisor will be able to look into this further for you.
