Shadow across TV

Hello,

I bought this Samsung Smart 4k TV (UE55NU7100KXXU) around 2 years ago and it now has a shadow across it vertically. Does anyone have a fix? Don't expect to be buying a TV for more then 400 for it to be doing this two years later. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
you will need to buy a new one or call an engineer to replace the screen.

@LewisH  Yes if all picture tests are  failing this would suggest a Hardware issue.   You could contact Samsung Support for assistance.  https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/      However you may well require an engineer visit  if you wish to go down the road  of repairing set, though you may be out of Warranty.
