I have a Samsung QE65QN95A (2021) 65 inch tv. As of approximately a week ago the Voice Assistant settings are no longer accessible in the menu. I first noticed it when I used the voice control button on the remote to give a command and a pop up menu came on screen saying Set Up Voice Assistant. Alexa was set up as the default voice on the TV originally. I have read that Google Assistant is no longer supported lately but Alexa should still work right? Anyone had this issue?
Thanks

Voice Assistant settings are no longer accessible in the menu. When I click on the setting it says Set Up Voice Assistant, I click OK then it goes back to Set Up Voice Assistant again that’s all it will do.

Hmmm, maybe Alexa has been removed then? Ive had a look online and can't find any info about which voice services are no longer compatible with your model, sorry. How about a full factory reset? Is that something you could try?

@Knucklehead 2023: Is the TV connected to the internet, and are you signed in to your Samsung account (Settings > General > System Manager > Samsung Account)? If not, then please connect to a stable Wi-Fi network, sign in to your Samsung account, then head to Settings > General > Voice > Voice Assistant, and Bixby should be available as an option. Alternatively, press and hold the microphone button on the remote, say a command, then release, and this should run the set up if an assistant is not assigned.

Hello, I have tried everything including a full factory reset involving unplugging the tv from the mains and holding down power button on the remote.
