hi my sound drops out when I change channel the only way I can get it back is to  power off for 2min then when I power back up sound returns to normal the tv is only 9 months old ? any clues

Hi,
Do you have anynet enabled

To turn off Anynet, click 'Menu' from your remote > select 'General' > select 'External Device Manager' > click 'Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) > 'Enter' > 'Off
