Having issue where the volume either won't go above a cerian level or jumps back down. So if it's at 9 and I press up to 12 it jumps back 9. It always flashes the mute icon constantly even though sound works.

I've tried power off and unplug, reset, factory reset (I think I did it correctlyl

Any advice? This tv cost alot and I didn't want to have to buy new one as I can't afford too

@Willvorine: Can you try heading to Home > Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume, and disable this feature if it's active?
