Serif 55 remote microphone

hi all. I'm trying to use a voice assistant on my Seriff 55 but a message pops up stating the microphone is turn off. 

I have searched every to try turn on with no luck. The remote has a solar charger on the back and no access to batteries to reset.

Any service will be much appreciated

There is a tiny little switch on the TV that enables the microphone.The switch is under the Samsung logo.

Same issue and what’s bizarre is microphone was working with Alexa first day then suddenly stopped and said microphone is off! Have tried hours of troubleshooting and a reset and still not working. Any help pls??? It’s frustrating me!

Hi - struggling with this problem. Can you show me a picture with more context - I cannot find this button anywhere.

Tip your TV very gently backwards and the switch is a very small black one towards the front of the base level with the Samsung logo on the front frame. I just found mine and switched the mic off.
