Hi,
from time to time I observed my Samsung TV (model UE43RU7400UXZT) loosing volume power. It is useless to push up the volume to the maximum, it remains low. I need to switch off the TV disconnecting it from the power supply (!) then I reconnect it and switch it back on to restore the volume power.
I finally have caught what is causing the issue: it's remote control bixby button. If I press bixby control on the remote to give a vocal command, the volume power breaks as above mentioned.
That is very annoying as it makes bixby unusable.
Does someone else observed the same issue? Is there any quicker workaround then mine?
Thanks in advance.
JD

Hi,
no it is not. I'm talking about the standard TV remote control and it's bixby bytton (i.e. the one marked with the microfone) and I am not speaking about the bixby volume but the general TV volume. Once I use bixby, the general volume goes down and there is no way to bring it back if not disconnecting the TV from power supply
