Serial Number is invalid

Bought a new tv QE50Q65BAUXXU but when I try to register it then it says invalid serial number. I checked on the box and on the back of tv its same. help will be highly appreciated.

@Jasim11, Contact with local Samsung support. They should check your serial number and eventually add it to database.

Try anything that looks like a zero changing to o and vice versus.

The serial number on the box has one character missing compared to the serial number quoted on the tv information on screen, added the one character, all ok
