Selecting HDMI 3 source on TU8500

I have recently bought a 50" TU8500 TV which i am very happy with apart from one stupid issue.

I have my sky box connected to HDMI port 1, Xbox X to HDMI port 2 and my PS5 to HDMI port 3 but when i try to select the source the TV does not show HDMI 3 as a source (i have also tried connecting via AV and had the same issue) 

If i go through the HDMI diagnostic it shows port 3 and can select it after going through the diagnostic, i can also select it via the voice remote but that only seems to work 50% of the time.

Is there anyone who can point me in the direction of how i can get HDMI 3 to appear under the source list to allow me to switch it via the remote easily?

Hold down the power button on the remote until the tv resets. I think it takes about 30 seconds. Someone else has suggested, turn the television off, then hold down the power button for a good 30 seconds for it to reset.

Apart from this maybe switch hdmi ports?
