TVHi,
I have Samsung UE65KS8000. It's now just over 4 years old. Yesterday I noticed that there's a gap between the panel and the frame on the right side. The gap is about 3-4mm at the bow and the backlight is clearly visible.
The shop I bought it from was offering 5 year protection, but they've rebranded and very much doubt they'll honour that. Still sent them an email asking.
The TV is wall mounted and at slight downward angle, is there a risk of the screen coming off and smashing on the ground?
Is it a common issue with this model and if there's a way to fix it? I tried pressing it back in place but the gap opened up almost straight away.

TVSorry to hear about this issue with your TV, @RadM. For anything physical, it's always best to get an engineer's opinion. If you're unable to arrange anything through your retailer, you can find the Service Centres in your area and their contact details here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/service-centre/
