screen turning black

Hi,for the last two days my Samsung TV has been acting weird ,it started with down right corner turning dark and ever since it has been getting bigger and bigger ,and now I got half the screen turned black ,tried to resolve this thorough the TV setting on the self diagnosis but no chance

have you had any feedback on how to fix this?

They have replaced the TV screen for me free of charge ,was a long process checking the warranty and getting the part on time etc...
