Screen Problem

Hi

 I have a 55" Samsung curved screen 4k tv, there are two vertical lines about 4" apart in the middle of the screen, is there anything I can do to get rid of them?

Hey @Riffman61! Try restarting the TV: Unplug your TV from the wall socket > Wait 30 seconds, then plug your TV back in > Using your remote, turn your TV on. If the lines are still there, run a Picture test: Press the Menu button > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture test > Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Picture Test. Are the lines still there?

 Tried that method but the lines are still there, is there some way of getting the back off to see if anything is loose? There are no screws to take out,

It is out of warranty so nothing will be affected
