What a disappointment. We have always used Samsung products all over life, and now this is what the company had come to sadly. This TV is only less than 3 years old and screen has gone already. Never had any issue with any of our Samsung products before.

Hi @Khalid77 ,
I'm really sad to hear that you feel let down. If this is visible in all the channels, sources, and during a Picture test (you can perform this from the TV Settings> Support> Self Diagnosis> Picture test), a repair will be required. As our TVs are covered under a 12 months warranty, any repair taken after that will be chargeable: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/warranty/
To get this arranged please do reach your nearest Support Centre. If you are based in the UK you can locate your local one from here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/service-centre/
For other countries, please follow this link: https://www.samsung.com/uk/function/ipredirection/ipredirectionLocalList/

Thanks for your reply and understanding. The issue with screens should be covered for more than 12 months. At least this is what I understood when buying this thing. It is fault in TV, not something we have done. Very disappointed with this product. No more Samsung products for this household or anyone close to me
