Have a Samsung 65" Class (64.5" Diag) 4K SUHD LED LCD TV UN65KS900DFXZA TV and the screen is literally falling off the top part of the TV frame. Called into support and they were not helpful at all. This is clearly a manufacturer defect and is posing a safety hazard in my home as this can fall on my Young relatives when they visit. Really would like Samsung to step up and have this fixed for me. TV is 3 years old I bought it in Feb of 2017 from Costco and expect better quality from Samsung...have had TV's for over 13 years and never had this problem. Please help Samsung! My square trade /Allstate does not cover this defect. I need an answer asap.
