Hi. I need help with my
SAMSUNG V32F390 32" Curved
1: I can't turn off my tv with control remote...
I can turn on and if I press power button for 3/4 seconds tv restart. So the power button working but doesn't turn off.
2: I can't have access to secret menu...
Before was alright. But I did some change and I shouldn't touch there I know 😕
The secret menu doesn't show anymore.
I try to put antenna on but I did something wrong.
Now I've got that 2 problems
Already did reset from factory but doesn't work.
Can anyone help me please
