Our samsung smart tv Model no: UA50MU6100RSHE and the Serial number is: 03GB398K500042Y. I found out on the internet that once the smart tv is connected to the internet samsung can track the IP address from where we can locate the device. I want help from samsung to locate my smart tv. The police here in Nepal also suggested me to contact samsung with serial no and model no so that samsung can provide the IP address and they can locate the device here in Nepal through the IP address. I have got the warranty card model no and serial number. all we lost is the smart TV which we brought through the hard money we earned.

Hi @Sajan65  sorry to hear Tv was lost, the  IP Address I imagine would be traceable  though the process not straightforward as it would require  the approval of your ISP which is not a guarantee.   This is the European Samsung communties and you would need to  contact Samsung support in your area and possibly your service provider too.   Contact Information here:  https://www.samsung.com/in/support/
