Hello, Just got new tv, after 3 days of use, impossible to connect it to home wifi .
Internet connection work well with everything else.
Try to do all what I found online : unplug, change IP setting, even reset the tv.
Nothing works.
So only thing that I could do, it's connect it to the network of my phone by sharing the connection.
But impossible to connect to my home wifi.
Could you please help? thanks

Are you a Virgin Media media customer by any chance? I've got the same problem, although my TV initially logged in OK, but now refuses to connect to the WiFi. Cable connection is fine, and strangely, it will connect to the "guest" network OK. Another older Samsung TV in the house has the same problem.
